Bike rental company
- Warehouse, CRM and invoicing in one Odoo
- Custom workflows and documents printed on a trigger
- Barcode scanners and label printers
What they came with
A bike rental company in the Netherlands needed one system for the whole operation instead of separate tools: the warehouse, the sales pipeline, the invoices and the paperwork that goes with every rental.
What was done
Warehouse and CRM were set up around how the company actually works, not around the demo data: stock, contacts, the sales pipeline.
On top of that came the parts that are not in the box - workflows with their own states, invoicing automated end to end, and documents generated as PDF when an event in the system asks for them, not by hand.
Each role got its own views on contacts and orders, so a person sees the fields they work with. Barcode scanners and label printers were wired into the same flow.
How it turned out
The company runs on one Odoo: rental, warehouse, invoices and documents live in the same place, and the routine parts happen without a person clicking them through.
