What happens to your data
This site is run by one person, and this page says plainly what it collects, why, where it is kept and how to have it removed. Nothing is sold, nothing is shared for advertising, and no profile of you is built.
Who is responsible
Private Entrepreneur Zubak Oleg, Ukraine, who runs odoo-dev.org. For anything on this page, including a request to delete your data, write to the email address in the footer of this site. There is no data protection officer: the site is run by one person, and that person answers.
What is collected and why
The form on the home page
Your name, your email address and what you write about your task. It goes into the CRM of this site and is used for one thing: to answer you. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before a possible contract.
Booking a call
Your name, your email address, optionally your phone number and a note, plus the time zone your browser reports, so the slot is shown in your own hours. This creates a meeting in the calendar and an email to you with the details. Legal basis: the same, steps at your request.
Server logs
Every request to any website is logged: the address of the request, your IP address, the browser string and the time. These logs exist to keep the site running and to stop abuse, they are not used to build a picture of you, and they are not connected to the forms. Legal basis: legitimate interest in a working, secure site.
Cookies
Three of them, all needed for the site to work. They are listed by name, with what each does, on the cookie page linked in the footer. No analytics cookies, no advertising cookies.
Where it is stored and who else sees it
The site and its database run on a server rented from Hetzner Online GmbH in Germany. The following services handle parts of the data because the site needs them to work:
Cloudflare, which stands in front of the site and passes every request through, so it sees the request and your IP address.
Resend, which sends the email confirmations and reminders, so it sees your email address and the text of those messages.
Google, when a call is booked as a Google Meet: the meeting and the participants, including your email address, are created in Google Calendar.
Telegram, which delivers a notification to the owner when a new enquiry arrives: that notification carries the name, email, phone and text you submitted.
Nobody else. No advertising networks, no analytics services, no data brokers, and nothing is sold or passed on for marketing.
How long it is kept
An enquiry is kept while it is live and for as long as there is a reason to answer it. Enquiries that led nowhere are reviewed and deleted at least once a year. Project correspondence and invoices are kept as long as accounting rules require. You can ask for deletion earlier at any time, and it is done within thirty days unless accounting rules say otherwise.
What you can ask for
A copy of what is held about you, a correction, deletion, a limit on what is done with it, or an objection to it being held at all. Write to the email address in the footer; no particular form is needed. If you are in the European Union and the answer does not satisfy you, you can complain to the data protection authority of your country.
What does not happen here
No automated decisions are made about you. No profiling. No tracking across other sites. No newsletter and no marketing mailing: writing to you happens because you wrote first.
Changes
The current version is the one on this page. If what the site collects changes, this page changes with it.
